Our newest release of MobileSynchRMS is now compatible with Windows Vista.  We still recommend a watchful-waiting approach to Vista upgrades, in order to give that operating system a bit longer to mature and be tested in the marketplace, but MobileSynch will have no problem running on the current versions of Vista.
